Icicle Nails
Sorry It's been a while! About a week ago I did this frozen looking design on my nails. What I did was first paint the base coat, the by using a Bobby pin (or you can use a toothpick) made stripes but then spread them all around to make it kinda look like marble nails. Here's the pictures:
